Spook-tastic Halloween Display Competition in aid of Cultivating Change
Entries are all in and judging has taken place for our second charity event, a ‘Spook-tastic’ Halloween Display Competition. We have been amazed at the standard of the entries and have raised £900.00.
This year we raised funds for Cultivating Change, a charity who donates seeds to community projects and schools to promote wellbeing through growing.
15 businesses on the Lancaster Way business park took part using pumpkins that were kindly donated by our members, CN Seeds, who breed pumpkins. Photos were submitted for judging by Sally Nye and Rosie Ferrandino, co-founders of Cultivating Change who said:
‘The entries were just so amazing we found it so hard to decide!!’
A special thank you to Apex Coffee House, Enhance Dental, Grovemere Property, Penguin Motors, Platinum Properties and Stock Shop for donating prizes for this year’s competition.
We are pleased to announce that the winners of our second ‘Spook-tastic’ Charity event, a Halloween Display Competition are as follows:
FIRST PLACE
Platinum Properties have won first place for a second year running with their ‘fright night’ entry.
SECOND PLACE
Greys of Ely took second place with their ‘Grey-veyard’ entry.
THIRD PLACE

FOURTH PLACE
